Civil & Structure View
The structure of the building, if designed correctly, will be elegant and extremely cost effective. We only recruit highly experienced engineers who are able to utilise the latest technology, materials and methods of construction.
Our structural division is fully conversant with the use of all types of construction methods and building materials and is active in promoting research in the development of new aspects of construction.
Mechanical & Electrical View
The Mechanical and Electrical element of any project can account for up to 35% of the total cost of the project. In addition the environment within the building will be dramatically affected by the design.

On projects where we have been appointed as Multi-Disciplinary consultants, a crucial service that is always included is “Design Management”.
This involves co-ordination exercises between all the disciplines to ensure that the design is fully compliant to the Client brief, meets all Regulations and Standards and most importantly is within the Clients budget.
